I reserve the right to change prices and terms; changes do not apply to contracts signed under the old terms
I reserve the right to terminate the contract due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or breach of contract

COPYRIGHTI retain the copyright to all works, rough sketches, drafts and concepts. And I am the sole creator of the works I create
Nothing should prevent me from creating my own works of art in the manner and style of artistic expression
I do NOT claim any intellectual property of the client, such as original characters, novels, stories and the client's universe, meaning I will not use commissioned artwork to sell prints. Only with the client's permission!USE OF COMMISSIONED ARTWORK FOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITESI reserve the right to use sketches, unfinished and finished works for self-promotion purposes on my social media and website
Clients are permitted to post the commission on their social media accounts for personal use. However, if a client wishes to post it on their business profile, they must purchase a license
Commissioned artwork may only be posted on social media with a watermark or credit next to the commissioned artworkREPRODUCTION, GENERATIVE AI and NFTI do not grant any rights for reproduction in any format.
It is strictly prohibited to use my personal and commissioned works for Generative AI and other machine learning tools!
It is strictly prohibited to use my personal and commissioned works in NFT/crypto platforms

COMMERCIAL USEClients can buy a commercial license from me for book cover, album cover, print sales, online marketing and other commercial projects.
License validity period is unlimited
I retain copyright on commercial artwork
I reserve the right to publish commercial artwork on social media and in my portfolio

PAYMENT METHODPayment by invoice (Card or Bank transfer)
Payment is non-refundableI use invoices by EasyStaff InvoiceIf this is your first time working with me, I will need to send you an invitation link. You will need to fill out a form so that EasyStaff can add you as my client. EDITSThe price includes edits for minor changes
If you want to request significant changes, you need to write me a description of what you want to change, and I must approve it

DELIVERYThe client receives two or more copies of the finished digital artwork via Google Drive:
1) One file in original resolution, 300 dpi, PNG or other file type on request of the client
2) One file in low resolution for social media, 72 dpi, with watermark, Glazed, PNG

I work in stages, with each stage approved by the client:

1) First, I consult with the client about their commission. I need a description of the commission and some references. The description should include the character’s appearance and the background. Please feel free to go into detail about the commission. I appreciate it when clients provide context
2) After discussing the commission, I'll let you know the price and timelines
3) If the client agrees to work with me, I begin drafting the contract and invoice. I let the client know in advance when the contract and invoice will be ready
4) Once the deposit has been paid, I get to work. First, I create a few sketches of the composition. The client chooses the composition they like best, and we move forward with that one
5) Once the sketch has been approved by the client, I begin rendering the commission. I send the client updates on the commission’s progress until it is completed for approval
6) I will send the finished work in its original size after receiving full payment for my work. . .
