Terms of Service

I reserve the right to change prices and terms; changes do not apply to contracts signed under the old terms
I reserve the right to terminate the contract due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or breach of contract
English is not my first language, so please refrain from using slang
For clients for the third commissioned artwork, I give a discount

TOPICSI Will Draw: Human Characters, Anthro Characters, Nudity, Blood, Violence, NSFW(ask me)
I Won’t Draw: Pornographic scene, Intense Violence, Discriminating/hateful themes, Non-consensual situations, Real People, Robots

COPYRIGHT, REPRODUCTION AND USE OF ARTWORKSI retain the copyright to all works, rough sketches, drafts and concepts. And I am the sole creator of the works I create
Nothing should prevent me from creating my own works of art in the manner and style of artistic expression
I reserve the right to publish rough sketches , unfinished and finished works on social media and in my website
I do NOT claim any intellectual property of the client, such as original characters, novels, stories and the client's universe, meaning I will not use commissioned artwork to sell prints. Only with the client's permission!
The client can post commissioned artwork on social media, but only in low resolution and glazed
Commissioned artwork may only be posted on social media with a watermark or credit next to the commissioned artwork
I do not grant any rights for reproduction in any format.
It is strictly prohibited to use my personal and commissioned works for Generative AI and other machine learning tools!
It is strictly prohibited to use my personal and commissioned works in NFT/crypto platforms

COMMERCIAL USEClients can buy a commercial license from me for book cover, album cover, print sales, online marketing and other commercial projects.
License validity period is unlimited
I retain copyright on commercial artwork
I reserve the right to publish commercial artwork on social media and in my portfolio

Payment is non-refundableI use invoices by EasyStaff InvoiceIf this is your first time working with me, I will need to send you an invitation link. You will need to fill out a form so that EasyStaff can add you as my client. I work in stages, with each stage approved by the client:

2. Contract signing and payment
3. I draw several rough sketches to choose the composition
4. I draw several rough color sketches to choose the color
5. Once the composition and color has been approved, I begin the line drawing
6. After the line drawing has been approved, I begin rendering. I show the client the progress of the rendering from start to finish
7. After I finish, I send it to you for approval
8. I will send the finished work in original resolution after full payment

I send all stages of work to clients via Google Drive

EDITSThe price includes edits for minor changes
If you want to request significant changes, you need to write me a description of what you want to change, and I must approve it
If the request results in an increase in my turnaround time, I may charge a fee for editing

DELIVERYThe client receives two or more copies of the finished digital artwork via Google Drive:
1) One file in original resolution, 300 dpi, PNG or other file type on request of the client
2) One file in low resolution for social media, 72 dpi, with watermark, Glazed, PNG
