I work under contract
English is not my native language, so please refrain from using slang
I reserve the right to change prices and terms; changes do not apply to contracts signed under the old terms
I reserve the right to terminate the contract due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or breach of contract
For clients for the third commissioned artwork, I give a discount
Please do not send AI images as references!

HOW TO COMMISSION ARTWORK?Please fill out the commission form
Please prepare a description and references so that I can better understand your idea
If you agree to work with me, I will send you a contract and invoice by email
If this is your first time working with me, I need to send an invite to your email so that you can be added to my client list. After that, I can create an invoice for you

WORK PROCESSI use the painting program Krita
I start work after signing the contract and receiving payment
Lead time from two to six weeks
The client can request five free adjustments
I send preliminary sketches and unfinished work by email or Google Drive

1) First, I draw a few rough sketches with different poses and compositions. You approve one version
2) Then I draw some color sketches to choose the Palette
3) Before rendering, I draw line art and send it to you for approval
4) After the drawing is approved, I start rendering. I also send you updates on how the rendering is going
5) After I finish, I send it to you for approval and adjustments
6) I will send the finished work in full resolution after full payment

DELIVERYThe client will receive a digital Fully rendered artwork in two copies by email or via Google Drive:
1) One file in full resolution, 300 dpi, in PNG format or other format on request of the client
2) One file in low resolution for social media, 72 dpi, with watermark, Glazed, in JPG format

PAYMENTI accept payments in USD and EUR

Full payment for commissions under $500
for commissions over $500, 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
for commissions over $1000, can be paid 50/50 or 50/25/25
Payment is non-refundable

COPYRIGHT, REPRODUCTION AND USE OF ARTWORKSI retain the copyright to all works, preliminary sketches, drafts and concepts. And I am the sole creator of the works I create
Nothing should prevent me from creating my own works of art in the manner and style of artistic expression
I reserve the right to publish preliminary sketches, unfinished and finished works on social media and in my websites
I do NOT claim rights to the client's intellectual property, such as original characters, universe, stories and novels
The client can post commissioned artwork on social media, but only in low resolution and glazed
Commissioned artwork may only be posted on social media with a watermark or credit next to the commissioned artwork
I do not grant any rights for reproduction in any format.
Using data from my artworks for AI tools is strictly prohibited
Use of all my artworks for NFT/crypto is strictly prohibited

COMMERCIAL USEThe client can purchase a license from me to use the commissioned artwork for a book cover, album cover and for sales
I retain copyright on commercial artwork
I reserve the right to publish commercial artwork on social media and in my portfolio
